Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and preparation at one of our TurboTax locations across the United States. You will build a local client base, conduct outreach, and connect customers with Intuit solutions while delivering a high-quality tax experience.

Ideal candidates have strong tax credentials, experience filing numerous 1040s, and are comfortable working onsite Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM for ~20 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience and tax-law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years handling 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill to additional services with training.
• Onsite at TurboTax office 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, ~20 hrs/week.
• Willing to training and compliance requirements as needed.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be used for advertising with name/photo.
• Interested in building local and online TurboTax presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan taxes.
• Use government sites, professional tools, and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions in plain language.
• Act as a community ambassador to build local customer base through outreach, referrals, and partnerships.
• Lead local events like financial literacy workshops and networking gatherings with marketing support.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
• Interact with customers in-person and via video tools; handle inquiries and tax-related challenges.
