Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will work with a team of tax professionals, delivering end-to-end tax solutions, and help grow the local client base through outreach and community engagement.

The role requires on-site presence, strong tax knowledge, and the ability to connect with clients to understand their complete financial picture.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax law
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training from Intuit
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri (20h+/wk)
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and support marketing efforts
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, addressing simple to complex scenarios
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax clientele
• Connect clients with Intuit services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning
• Build long-term relationships and trust with clients
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and resolve tax inquiries
