Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location in the United States. You’ll work with in-person and virtual clients to deliver end-to-end tax solutions and build lasting client relationships.

This role emphasizes local community engagement, growth of a local client base, and collaboration with a broader team to connect clients with Intuit's ecosystem of services.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional software (Circular 230 familiarity).
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location and able to work 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to complete training and development as required by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be open to using your name/picture for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across personal and business tax scenarios.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships; build lasting relationships.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
• Engage with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools to address inquiries and tax challenges.
