Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and collaborate with specialists to deliver a full, end-to-end client experience.

This role emphasizes community outreach, local growth, and ongoing training. You will work on-site, help clients navigate complex scenarios, and leverage Intuit resources to expand your local presence while upholding the company’s

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office location for at least 20 hours per week.
• Willing to complete required training and development as determined by the business.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with personal and business income, deductions, amendments, and future tax planning.
• Engage with local community to grow the TurboTax client base.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
