Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location across the United States. On-site role combines tax expertise, community engagement, and customer service to help clients navigate their tax needs.

You'll provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while collaborating with specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver an end-to-end Intuit

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit service.
• Build lasting client relationships and drive loyalty.
• Deliver exceptional in-person and virtual customer experiences.
