Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated year‑round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on‑site team in TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide full‑service tax return preparation, share expert tax advice, and collaborate with specialists to deliver end‑to‑end Intuit experiences for individuals and small businesses. You will also act as a community ambassador, attracting new clients and building long‑term relationships while leveraging Intuit marketing tools and TurboTax

Qualifications

EA, CPA, or attorney with tax prep experience.
Active PTIN required to file taxes.
3+ years filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
Willing to upskill into additional service types (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00, 20+ hours/week.
Willing to complete required training and advertising use of your name/picture.
Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence for community growth.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
Act as a community ambassador to grow local client base.
Connect clients with intuit ecosystem offerings (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
Build lasting client relationships and ensure end-to-end service.
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
