Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at one of our TurboTax locations in the United States.

You will deliver full-service tax preparation, provide expert tax advice, and collaborate with a team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to serve clients end-to-end. You will engage with the local community to attract new clients, build relationships, and drive loyalty while offering a best-in-class customer experience and using Intuit

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiar with Circular 230.
• Willing to upsell into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete all required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Desire to build a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare taxes for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Support business and personal tax scenarios, including amendments and planning.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Collaborate with broader Intuit ecosystem for cross‑selling bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
