Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert guidance at one of our TurboTax locations nationwide.

You will work directly with clients, helping them navigate personal and business taxes while connecting them with Intuit’s broader solutions. In this role you’ll act as a community ambassador, grow the local client base, and deliver an end-to-end experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep filing 30+ federal/state returns.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• Must work onsite 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri for at least 20 hours weekly.
• Willing to complete training and wear Intuit uniforms; consent to use name/photo.
• Interest in building a local/online presence and creating tax content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete prep for TurboTax clients, handling various tax scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow a new local customer base and nurture relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping and payroll.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver end-to-end Intuit experience.
• Create exceptional customer experiences and assist with complex tax challenges.
