Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as on-site Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location. You will provide tax expertise and build relationships with clients in your community.

You will work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax services, grow the local client base, and support clients with planning using TurboTax tools and marketing resources.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and tax-law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill with training.
• Onsite at TurboTax office 8:00–17:00 local time, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Uniforms provided; willing to use name/picture for advertising.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide planning advice.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience in collaboration with specialists.
• Engage clients in person and via video tools.
