Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join the TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide on-site and virtual tax guidance, employing a full-service approach and collaborating with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.

You will grow the local client base, build lasting relationships, and help clients navigate complex tax scenarios using Intuit tools and resources.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business taxes and amendments.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with marketing support.
• Connect clients to additional Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
