Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete returns, and help clients navigate complex tax scenarios while coordinating with a team of specialists.

You’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, build lasting relationships, and participate in community events, using TurboTax tools and marketing support to deliver an end-to-end, best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit provided uniforms; use name for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax-related content and resources.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
