Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in dedicated locations across the United States. This on-site role combines tax expertise with community engagement to help clients navigate personal and small business tax needs.

You will work with a cross-functional team, deliver end-to-end tax services, assist with planning and advisory services, and grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and events, while upholding Intuit's standards.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided by Intuit.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships to build loyalty.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and deliver a superior customer experience.
• Collaborate with team to ensure end-to-end Intuit engagement.
