Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Experts in new U.S. locations. On-site you will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and work with a team of specialists to deliver an end-to-end TurboTax experience.

You will grow TurboTax’s local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships while leveraging Intuit resources. This role requires on-site presence, strong tax knowledge, and the ability to connect with diverse customers to empower their

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Min 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to complete training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Willing to build local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Spanish language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations.
• Lead local growth through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience in meetings.
• Build long-term client relationships.
• Assist in on-site and virtual client interactions using video tools.
