Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site offices, delivering personal tax preparation and expert guidance in a collaborative team setting.

You will engage with clients face-to-face and virtually, building a trusted relationship and helping customers achieve financial goals. Responsibilities include providing tax advice, expanding the local client base, and coordinating with specialists for comprehensive services like bookkeeping and payroll.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience
• Active PTIN to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per season using professional tax software
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, minimum 20 hours/week
• Willing to complete required training and professional development
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and to use name/picture for advertising
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients
• Grow local customer base through outreach and community events
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with cross-functional collaboration
• Build relationships and foster long-term client loyalty
