Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts for new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide tax preparation, client advisory, and local growth through community engagement.

You will build relationships, deliver a top-notch customer experience, and connect clients with Intuit’s ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services. Training and uniforms are provided; must be onsite during business hours.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into more complex services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex cases.
• Drive local growth through outreach, grass-roots marketing, and community partnerships.
• Organize local events and act as the local face of TurboTax.
