Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new locations across the United States. You will provide tax expertise, complete preparation, and build a local customer base while promoting Intuit solutions.

The role emphasizes on-site work with 20+ hours per week and a focus on community engagement, events, and exceptional service for clients seeking year-round tax guidance and optimization.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador by building a local customer base and participating in outreach events.
• Develop client relationships and educate on Intuit solutions beyond tax filing.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
