Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide on-site tax preparation and expert advice to both in-person and virtual clients, building long-term relationships within the community.

You’ll collaborate with a team of tax specialists to address personal and business needs and connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services as part of Intuit’s ecosystem.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Upskill into more services like bookkeeping/payroll with training.
• onsite at TurboTax office 20+ hours/week; 8:00–17:00 hours, Mon–Fri.
• Must complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Willing to build local/social presence in community.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow a new client base and lead local events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships to convert one-time clients into long-term customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience via in-person and digital interactions.
