Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance, while expanding local client relationships and leveraging Intuit’s ecosystem of products and services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory).
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, for ≥20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base and build long-term relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions across bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services.
• Build relationships with clients to turn transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
