Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year‑round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full‑service tax preparation, advise clients, and connect them with broader Intuit services to create a complete financial picture.

Role emphasizes local growth, client relationships, and community engagement, with hours typically 20+ per week and on‑site duties. Training and uniforms are provided, with access to Intuit’s marketing tools.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid returns filed (1040) using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into services like bookkeeping or payroll.
• Comfortable working onsite 20+ hours per week, Monday–Friday.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable with advertising using your name/picture.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow a new local TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Build relationships with clients to convert one-time transactions into long-term partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional service and clear communication.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools to resolve inquiries.
