Intuit seeks individuals to join TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide on-site tax preparation and expert advice, serving both in-person and virtual clients to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

You’ll connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services while growing the local client base and strengthening community ties. Training and uniform provided, with a 20+ hour/week schedule.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping or payroll with training.
• Onsite, 20+ hours/week, 8:00AM–5:00PM local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Handle personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Lead discovery sessions and tax reviews with clients.
• Collaborate with specialists for end-to-end Intuit experiences.
• Grow local client base via outreach and community events.
