Intuit is seeking motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site teams at dedicated TurboTax locations across the United States. You will perform full‑service tax return preparation and provide expert tax advice, working with a network of specialists for an end‑to‑end Intuit experience.

You’ll act as a community ambassador, grow the local client base, and help clients navigate complex tax scenarios—from W‑2s to business income—while leveraging Intuit tools.

Competenze

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return prep using professional software.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador and drive local client growth through outreach and partnerships.
• Develop understanding of client financials and connect them with Intuit ecosystem solutions.
• Build relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and virtually.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end service.
