Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States.

This on-site role combines tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs. You will deliver full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while collaborating with a broad Intuit ecosystem of bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services to provide an

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, for a minimum of 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Interest in building local and online social presence; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future planning advice.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local client base and drive referrals.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Build long-term client relationships and ensure a consistent Intuit experience.
