Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts in dedicated locations across the United States.

This onsite role combines tax knowledge with community engagement to help clients navigate personal and business tax needs. You will work with a team of tax professionals to provide full-service tax preparation, planning, and software support, while growing the local TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax filing experience (≥30 federal/state returns).
• Willing to upskill into related services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience in person and virtually.
