You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support on-site, collaborating with specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions for clients. You will also play a key role in growing the local client base, building long-term relationships, and delivering a top-tier customer experience through in-person and virtual

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; Circular 230 familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and local partnerships.
• Coordinate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
