Intuit seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance at a TurboTax location. You will serve on-site with a team of tax professionals, handling personal and business tax needs and offering end-to-end support to clients.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, build trusted relationships, and connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services. Strong communication and a community mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Willing to complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name/photo for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base and drive local growth.
• Connect clients to complementary Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, or planning.
• Build relationships to convert one-time clients into long-term customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience using Intuit tools and clear language.
