Job summary

Intuit seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to deliver hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will work with clients in person and virtually, handling diverse scenarios from simple to complex returns and engaging with the local community to grow the client base.

You will partner with specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to provide end-to-end solutions, building lasting relationships and ensuring client prosperity

Qualifications

EA/CPA/attorney credentials preferred and active.
3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
Familiarity with Circular 230 and professional tax software.

Responsibilities

Provide tax expertise and complete TurboTax client returns.
Grow local client base through outreach and events.
Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and virtually.
