Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to deliver on-site tax preparation, expert advice, and seamless client service at a local TurboTax location across the United States.

You will act as a community ambassador, grow the local client base, and coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to move clients forward. This role emphasizes relationships, trust, and a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 1040 returns (30+ per season) using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at TurboTax location; 20+ hours/week; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Mon–Fri.
• Willing to complete training as required by the business.
• Willing to wear company uniforms and use your name for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online TurboTax presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador; grow local customer base and engage with community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions beyond tax filing (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build long-term relationships and ensure a comprehensive financial view for clients.
