Job summary

Intuit seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to deliver hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance at a TurboTax location. You will serve on-site and work with a team of specialists to address personal and business tax needs, providing clear explanations and proactive advice throughout the client engagement.

You will also drive local growth, attract new clients, and build lasting relationships in the community, leveraging TurboTax tools and marketing support to expand your service footprint.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA or Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning as appropriate.
