Intuit is hiring a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location. You will work with a team of financial experts to deliver end-to-end tax solutions for individual and small business clients.

You will grow the local client base, organize community events, and connect clients with broader Intuit services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. A strong client focus and community mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Onsite availability for 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Willingness to complete training and adhere to compliance requirements.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable with using name/photo for advertising.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Develop lasting relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
