Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while engaging with clients in person and virtually, building long-term relationships and local market growth.

The role emphasizes full-service tax preparation, cross-functional collaboration, and a customer-focused approach to deliver a seamless Intuit experience year-round.

Qualifications

Active EA/CPA/Attorney credential preferred.
Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep experience with 30+ federal/state returns.
Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory.
Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance for TurboTax clients.
Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and events.
Collaborate with specialists across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning teams.
Deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience with a customer-first mindset.
