Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at dedicated locations across the United States. This on-site role blends tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs and to grow TurboTax’s local presence.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, advice, and software support, work with specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions, and participate in local events to attract and retain clients.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite availability for at least 20 hours/week and training readiness.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus and advisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including personal and business returns.
• Engage with local prospects to grow the TurboTax client base through events and outreach.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions and planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and maintain client relationships.
• Utilize Intuit tools and CRM to manage client workflow and follow-ups.
