Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, expert guidance, and software support for in-person and virtual clients, ensuring a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience.

As a local ambassador, you’ll grow the client base, conduct community outreach, and collaborate with specialists to address the full financial picture—from deductions to planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns/season using professional software.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00–17:00, ~20 hours/week; uniforms may be required.
• Interest in building local/community presence and relationships.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with cross-functional specialists to address clients' full financial needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and educate clients for year-round engagement.
• Assist with referrals to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
