Intuit is seeking dedicated Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will handle in-person and virtual tax preparation, advise clients, and collaborate with a team of tax and advisory specialists to deliver end-to-end service.

You’ll grow the local client base, participate in community events, and use Intuit tools to tailor tax planning and financial guidance. This role emphasizes customer-centric support within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Formación

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and build relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions and related services to provide year-round support.
