Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while building a local client base and collaborating with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end services. You will engage with clients in-person and virtually, helping with personal and business tax scenarios, and assisting with community outreach to grow TurboTax’s presence locally.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to build and grow a local TurboTax client base via outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to deliver comprehensive year-round support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, guiding clients toward financial goals and ensuring ongoing loyalty.
