Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation and personalized advice to both in-person and virtual clients.

As part of a collaborative team, you connect clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem and help grow the TurboTax client base while delivering a seamless end-to-end experience.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be open to advertising using name/photo.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise - hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - grow local client base and lead events.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and Credit Karma.
• Build Relationships - develop long-term trust with clients.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience - ensure client goals and satisfaction.
