Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert network—onsite at a TurboTax location, serving in-person and virtual clients across the United States.

You’ll provide full-service tax return preparation and expert advice, while coordinating with a team of specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience for each client.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return filing experience (≥30 returns per season) with professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time; at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and development; uniforms; advertising with name/photo.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients; handle simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximise refunds and plan for future tax needs.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach, referrals and community partnerships.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools; answer inquiries.
