The role centers on full service tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, while building lasting client relationships in the local community. You will work on-site, collaborating with a team of financial specialists to deliver end-to-end services, from discovery sessions to year-round planning, using TurboTax tools and marketing support to

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex situations.
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach, networking and events.
• Coordinate with team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll and financial planning to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and explain tax concepts in clear terms.
• Participate in local community activities and marketing initiatives to grow TurboTax presence.
