Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide on-site tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while collaborating with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end service. You will also drive local growth, build relationships, and participate in community events to expand TurboTax’s client base, using marketing tools to create ongoing customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week and complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
