Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support at a TurboTax location, while building a local client base and coordinating with an expert network to deliver end-to-end service. You’ll engage clients in person and virtually, helping with personal and business taxes, planning, and referrals to Intuit’s broader services.

Qualifications

• Proven tax preparation experience with knowledge of tax laws.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types with training provided.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Grow TurboTax local client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with specialists to offer full Intuit ecosystem services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and virtually.
