Intuit, Inc. is seeking skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to join a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert tax advice, serving in-person and virtual clients while building long-term relationships and growing the local base. You will work onsite, collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, and participate in community outreach to enhance client loyalty.

Formación

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax prep software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations; facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews; provide future tax planning.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to build and grow a local customer base; organize local events and outreach with marketing support.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma as relevant.
• Build relationships and trust with clients to convert transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional service and clear communications, in-person and via video tools.
