Intuit seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax preparation and advice, build a local client base, and collaborate with a broad team to deliver end-to-end services.

You’ll engage clients in person and virtually, take ownership of complex tax scenarios, and expand Intuit’s local presence. You will be part of a collaborative network, leveraging marketing support and technology to grow your practice while maintaining

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise – hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador – grow a local client base and lead community outreach.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem – connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or related services.
