Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join onsite teams across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while engaging with local clients and collaborating with a broader tax/finance network.

The role emphasizes community outreach, local growth, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience through in-person and virtual client meetings, with training and uniform requirements.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
