Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite in TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support while collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning. As a local ambassador, you will grow the customer base, deliver exceptional service, and help clients navigate complex scenarios from W-2s to investments.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise - Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - identify prospects, lead local events, and grow the client base.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build Relationships - cultivate long-term trust and repeat business.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience - ensure client satisfaction and guidance across products.
