Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location. You will deliver full-service tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and collaborate with a team of specialists to serve personal and business clients.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community through events, and help customers navigate complex tax scenarios while using Intuit tools. The role requires onsite presence in the United States and offers a competitive benefits

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience and tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software; Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or tax advisory with training.
• Willing to onsite at TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; peak seasons may scale up.
• Willing to complete training and wear uniforms; marketing photo usage.
• Interest in building a local and online presence and content for TurboTax.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; holistic tax advisory experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete prep for TurboTax clients across personal and business tax scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build relationships by understanding client needs and delivering year-round support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience with professional tax guidance.
