Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and advice at local TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients with personal and business tax needs while engaging the community to grow local business and loyalty. You’ll collaborate with a network of tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists to deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory services with training from Intuit
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and referrals
• Collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, planning and advisory services
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with personalized, client-centric service
