Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our local TurboTax team as year-round Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete returns, and support clients in-person and virtually while acting as a community ambassador to grow local business. The role emphasizes end-to-end service, linking clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
