Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver end-to-end tax services at a local TurboTax location. You will advise on personal and business taxes, prepare returns, and collaborate with specialists to offer a full Intuit solution while fostering community relationships.

The role emphasizes hands-on client meetings, ongoing learning, and growth within a local market, with opportunities to expand services and participate in marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and active PTIN as required by law.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided by Intuit.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to build and grow a local TurboTax client base.
• Champion the Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients with complementary services like bookkeeping and financial planning.
