Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States.

Responsibilities include full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, while connecting clients with a broader team of specialists for comprehensive financial solutions. You’ll grow TurboTax’s local client base, conduct outreach, host community events, and deliver a seamless Intuit experience with the support of marketing tools.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, building local growth and serving as the local face of TurboTax.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' financial picture and connect them to Intuit solutions.
• Build relationships to turn one-time transactions into long-term client partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional conduct and clear guidance.
