Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax site in the United States. You will work on-site with clients, handling personal and business tax needs while coordinating with specialists for comprehensive solutions.

You’ll grow the local client base, participate in community events, and provide year‑round support using Intuit tools and marketing resources.

Qualifications

EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
Active PTIN required to file taxes.
Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory with training.
Must be onsite 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, to sustain at least 20 hours/week.
Must complete all required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; holistic tax advisory experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide tax expertise and complete TurboTax client returns for simple to complex cases.
Assist with deductions optimization, amendments, and future tax planning.
Grow local client base through targeted outreach and community events.
Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping and payroll.
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
