Intuit, Inc. seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and personalised tax advisory at TurboTax locations. You will collaborate with a team to understand each client’s full financial picture, not just file taxes, and you’ll help grow the local client base through community engagement.

The role emphasizes onsite presence, client relationship building, and leveraging Intuit’s ecosystem, including bookkeeping and payroll services, to offer holistic support.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a community ambassador and drive local growth and client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build lasting relationships and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage in local events and marketing-led outreach to raise brand awareness.
